The league is forming its founding field of twenty-four clubs. Registration is by the club, not by the individual member — a club officer should complete this form on the club's behalf.

Members enter through their own club's qualifying competition once the club has joined. Players must be forty years or older, a registered active member, and hold at least one year of continuous membership.
